White House asks DOJ to consider new prosecution in Reflecting Pool case

The Department of Justice was asked by the White House to consider a misdemeanor prosecution for the Lincoln Memorial pool case. This request came after prosecutors moved to drop the felony charge against Olympic canoeist David Hearn.
