The FBI’s special agents, intelligence analysts, and support personnel are driven every day by the mission of defending the communities we’ve sworn to protect. With operations like Summer Heat, the FBI places an even larger focus on partnering with local police departments and agencies to apprehend criminals and keep our streets safe. With the help of our Cellular Analysis Survey Team (CAST), the FBI has seen great strides in our ability to efficiently locate offenders. Just last week, @FBIBoston assisted with the location and arrest of a subject for a stabbing at Boston Logan Airport. Additionally, @FBIDetroit quickly assisted the Detroit Police Department in locating and recovering a 7-month-old that was in the backseat of a car that was carjacked. Since June 1, our teams have seized over 3,000 kg of narcotics, 880 weapons, and have made over 2,530 arrests. With two months to go, Summer Heat isn’t slowing down
