Rights groups sue Trump administration over proposed childcare funding cuts

Civil rights groups sued the Trump administration after the Department of Health and Human Services failed to respond to a Freedom of Information Act request for records concerning attempts to freeze federal childcare funding. The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
