Supreme Court won't rehear Trump's appeal of $5 million E. Jean Carroll case

The Supreme Court declined for the second time to consider President Trump's appeal in the E. Jean Carroll case. The court's decision leaves in place the $5 million defamation judgment awarded to Carroll.
