SCOTUS Asked To Weigh Texas Law Requiring Ten Commandments In School Classrooms

The Federalist has asked the Supreme Court to consider a Texas law requiring the Ten Commandments in school classrooms. The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals previously ruled that the law does not violate the Establishment Clause or the Free Exercise Clause.
