Right-wing activist James O’Keefe charged with unlawful voting, identity theft

Conservative influencer James O’Keefe and commentator Cam Higby were charged in Minnesota with felony unlawful voting and identity fraud for allegedly using registered voters’ names at polling places during the state’s primary election. Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty announced the charges during a press conference Wednesday.
