Pentagon quietly adds dozens to tally of troops wounded amid Iran war

The Pentagon has quietly updated its tally of U.S. personnel wounded in hostilities involving Iran, adding 29 sailors and eight Marines. This brings the total number of wounded to 861 since the conflict began.
