Justice Dept. creates new process to restore gun rights of some felons

Attorney General Todd Blanche announced the creation of a new process allowing felons to apply for the restoration of their Second Amendment rights. This action revises the lifelong restriction on gun ownership for individuals convicted of serious crimes.
