How Trump turned Homeland Security into an engine of his voter fraud crusade

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin announced the discovery of over 250,000 potential noncitizens on voter rolls in Nevada, California, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. State election officials in those states stated they were blindsided by the findings and disputed the figures provided by DHS, which offered no methodology or names.
