Congresswoman says target of ICE operation in fatal Maine shooting wasn't up for removal

A Democratic congresswoman from Maine stated that the individual targeted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in a fatal shooting was a roommate not subject to a final removal order. This operation occurred last month when an ICE officer shot and killed a motorist.
