Appeals court upholds Sigal Chattah’s disqualification as U.S. attorney in Nevada 

A federal appeals court panel upheld an order disqualifying Sigal Chattah from the top federal prosecutorial job in Nevada. The court ruled that the Justice Department's effort to sidestep Senate confirmation for the position is unlawful.
