Woman shot 5 times by Border Patrol agent in Chicago sues government

Lawyers for Marimar Martinez filed a lawsuit against the government on the anniversary of her shooting, alleging the Border Patrol agent lied about her using her car as a weapon. The lawsuit states Martinez was shot five times by a Border Patrol agent in Chicago.
