White House seeks new charges in dropped Reflecting Pool case

White House officials have asked the Justice Department to determine whether new criminal charges can be brought against a former Olympian over vandalizing the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. The Justice Department previously dropped a case against the individual.
