White House pushes DoJ to revive reflecting pool case against Olympian

The White House has asked the Department of Justice to weigh new charges against former Olympian David Hearn concerning vandalism at the Lincoln Memorial reflecting pool. The US attorney for the District of Columbia had previously dropped vandalism charges against Hearn citing insufficient evidence and damage predating his visit.
