What Is Actually Going On With Cyclosporiasis?
The FDA announced that a multistate cyclosporiasis outbreak stemmed from contaminated iceberg lettuce produced at a farm in Mexico and shipped to Taco Bells in five states. More than 1,600 people who tested positive for cyclospora in the outbreak reported eating Taco Bell, and a recall included lettuce shipped to major companies like Sysco.
