We’re not as helpless against dementia as we think

A new report states that age-specific dementia rates have declined by roughly 13 percent per decade since the late 1980s in wealthy countries. This decline is largely attributed to improved blood pressure and cholesterol management, reduced smoking rates, and increased educational attainment.
