Warner introduces bill to require Senate-confirmed acting DNIs in wake of Pulte controversy

Senator Mark Warner introduced a bill requiring Senate-confirmed acting Directors of National Intelligence following President Trump's appointment of Bill Pulte. Pulte concurrently serves as head of the Federal Housing Finance Agency.
