Voto Latino, other advocacy groups call for Congress to impeach Mullin

Voto Latino and dozens of other advocacy organizations sent a letter to Congress demanding the impeachment of Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin. The groups cited Mullin's handling of deaths in detention as grounds for the impeachment inquiry.
