U.S. sets tariffs at 10% to 12.5% on 60 countries to replace expiring tariffs

The U.S. Trade Representative announced tariffs ranging from 10% to 12.5% on goods from 60 countries to replace expiring tariffs. These new tariffs took effect immediately after the previous measures expired at midnight.
