US judge declines to block transfer of wildlife refuge land to Musk’s SpaceX

U.S. district judge Fernando Rodriguez Jr declined an environmental group's request to block the transfer of over 700 acres of wildlife refuge land to Elon Musk's SpaceX. The judge stated the plaintiffs failed to prove the land swap would worsen ecological risks in the region.
