US immigration officers reassigned to screen South African refugees and find ‘unlawful’ voters

US immigration officers from the Fraud Detection and National Security Directorate have been reassigned to screen South African refugees and identify alleged unlawful voters. This reassignment leaves the US Citizenship and Immigration Services unable to train asylum officers in the near future.
