US firms that kept DEI policies despite ‘go woke, go broke’ threats thrived

The Guardian reported that US companies maintaining diversity, equity, and inclusion policies, despite threats of backlash, performed financially as well as those that did not. This occurred even after a 2025 executive order from Donald Trump targeted DEI initiatives within the federal government.
