US Air Force plane turns back from Antarctica after Russian missile threat

A U.S. Air Force C-17 Globemaster aircraft, callsign ICE28, turned back from its flight to Antarctica after receiving a "potentially hazardous" space activity warning. The aircraft returned to Christchurch, New Zealand, less than three hours after takeoff.
