The UAE, Saudi Arabia, and others condemned Israel's rejection of a Gaza plan. The condemnation occurred as US envoy Jared Kushner and Gaza peace envoy Nickolay Mladenov held ceasefire and implementation talks with regional mediators in Egypt.
