Trump’s DOJ allows Prohibition-era National Firearms Act to lapse

The Department of Justice allowed the National Firearms Act, a Prohibition-era law, to lapse at midnight. Kris Brown, President of Brady, stated that uniquely lethal weapons and devices were deregulated for the first time in nearly a century.
