Trump Will Make South Korea Pay For His Iran Humiliation

President Donald Trump instructed the Defense Department to substantially reduce participation in joint military exercises with South Korea. Trump stated this decision was partially due to the expense and what he perceived as insulting to North Korea, and that South Korea had refused to join efforts against Iran.
