Trump to send $500 rebate checks to nearly one million Obamacare enrollees

President Donald Trump announced Thursday that his administration will send $500 rebate checks to nearly one million Affordable Care Act enrollees in 30 states. These checks will be funded by fees that participating Obamacare insurers pay to support federal ACA exchanges' operations.
