Trump is clearly trying to buy votes with taxpayer money

President Donald Trump has pledged $5,000 to every adult U.S. citizen if Republicans maintain control of the House and Senate. The administration has also funded ads promoting the President and sent $500 checks to Obamacare recipients and $90 to senior citizens for Medicare.
