Trump again tries to restrict birthright citizenship after Supreme Court ruling

President Donald Trump announced he is issuing executive actions to limit birthright citizenship for children born in the U.S. to parents with foreign embassy ties or those deemed "alien enemies." The Supreme Court had previously rejected similar efforts by the Trump administration.
