Trump admin proposes ending 60-day grace period after job loss for H-1B, other visa holders

The Department of Homeland Security and USCIS proposed eliminating the 60-day grace period for H-1B visa holders who lose their jobs. Foreign workers would be required to leave the country immediately upon job termination.
