Tim Scott, NRSC chair, backs Graham for South Carolina Senate seat

Senator Tim Scott announced his vote and support for Senator Darline Graham in the South Carolina Senate Republican primary runoff. Graham will face Representative Ralph Norman in the Aug. 25 runoff for the seat vacated by her late brother.
