This morning, @SecScottBessent and I spoke with Vice Premier He Lifeng of the People’s Republic of China. We discussed building on the positive progress that has been made in the agriculture sector. The United States and China are working to establish more balanced trade using mechanisms like the new U.S.-China Board of Trade. I also raised concerns regarding a series of new supply chain measures challenging U.S. reindustrialization, and underscored President Trump’s focus on ensuring compliance with our agreements.
