Akbor Miah, from Bangladesh, shot and killed Monica Islam shortly after leaving a convenience store where they both worked in Florida. He then attempted to escape justice by fleeing to sanctuary New York. Miah was DEPORTED under the first Trump Administration in 2019. He illegally reentered the country in 2022 and was RELEASED by the Biden Administration.
