The Wall the Tohono O’odham Don’t Want

The Tohono O'odham Nation filed a lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security and other federal agencies seeking to halt border wall construction on their land. The lawsuit argues the government is trespassing on sovereign land and that the wall will destroy the tribe's traditional practices.
