Texts ask Texas voters, ‘Are you white?’ as ads target Democratic candidate James Talarico

Political texts paid for by a conservative PAC asked Texas voters "Are you white?" before directing them to a website claiming Democratic candidate James Talarico called white men "America's top terror threat." The messages referenced a comment made by Talarico after a mass shooting where he stated, "Radicalized white men are the greatest domestic terror threat in our country."
