Surrogate who refused abortion asks SCOTUS to intervene as baby could be moved out of Texas

Surrogate McKenna West asked the Supreme Court for an emergency administrative stay of an order that would allow the baby to be moved from Texas to California. The intervention comes as West fears the newborn could be removed from Texas, where she gave birth and wishes for the baby to remain.
