Supreme Court won't take up 98-year-old judge's bid to hear cases again

Judge Pauline Newman will not have her bid to hear cases again considered by the Supreme Court. Concerns about her fitness to serve had previously suspended her from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
