Supreme Court won’t hear 98-year-old judge’s bid to end suspension

The Supreme Court declined to hear the appeal of 98-year-old Judge Pauline Newman who sought to end her suspension. Newman's colleagues on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit suspended her after she refused demands for mental fitness testing.
