Supreme Court to hear from Alaskan bush pilot whose plane was confiscated over a six-pack of beer

The Supreme Court has agreed to hear an appeal from Alaskan bush pilot Kenneth Jouppi regarding the confiscation of his airplane. The case could limit asset forfeiture powers for state and local governments.
