Supreme Court, over liberal dissents, lets DHS overhaul immigration database for midterms

The Supreme Court allowed the Department of Homeland Security to implement an overhauled immigration database, which the administration states is to combat voter fraud. This ruling came with the dissents of liberal justices and in time for the November elections.
