Sukhdev Singh, an illegal alien from India, who caused a crash that left a U.S. citizen hospitalized in Indiana in March 2026. He had been granted a CDL by New York. ICE arrested him in March 2026.

DHS reported the arrest of an Indian national who had entered illegally and caused a serious car accident. The individual had previously been granted a commercial driver's license by New York state.
