South Korea Was Given No Notice Before Trump Announced Drill Cut, Foreign Minister Says

South Korean Foreign Minister Cho Hyun stated that Seoul was not informed prior to President Donald Trump announcing a reduction in joint military operations with South Korea. The Pentagon and South Korea have confirmed that joint operations, including Exercise Ulchi Freedom Shield, have been reduced.
