South Dakota man whose life sentence was commuted by Noem now implicated in his niece's death

A South Dakota man, whose life sentence was commuted by former Governor Kristi Noem, has been implicated in the death of his 14-year-old niece. The man was previously convicted of first-degree murder in the death of his girlfriend.
