Smithsonian museum director on hot seat over display of 'crotch harness'

Smithsonian museum director Lonnie G. Bunch III told Congress on Wednesday that the National Museum of American History carries a parental advisory warning. Bunch struggled to defend a sexually charged exhibit that included a "crotch harness."
