Senate rabble-rousers are gaining power

Sen. Ron Johnson of Wisconsin will chair the Senate Budget Committee, and Sen. Mike Lee of Utah is next in line for the Judiciary Committee chairmanship. These conservatives will hold increased power over hearings, legislation, and subpoenas.
