Senate passes Russia sanctions bill named in honor of the late Sen. Lindsey Graham

The Senate passed a Russia sanctions bill named in honor of the late Sen. Lindsey Graham, with mandatory sanctions planned for key Russian figures, oligarchs, and state-owned enterprises. The bill, which also imposes tariffs on countries purchasing Russian crude oil and natural gas, now requires a House vote.
