Self-funded CEO claims GOP nomination to challenge Massachusetts Democrat’s second-term bid

Mike Minogue won 70% of the vote at the Massachusetts GOP convention, defeating Brian Shortsleeve for the Republican nomination. He will challenge incumbent Democrat Maura Healey for governor.
