Scott ally wins GOP primary for open Dunn House seat in Florida

Former Capitol Hill staffer Austin Rogers has won the Republican primary for Florida's 2nd Congressional District. Rogers, formerly General Counsel to Senator Rick Scott, defeated a crowded field for the nomination.
