Sabato’s Crystal Ball moves 3 Senate, 4 gubernatorial races in Democrats’ favor

Larry Sabato's Crystal Ball moved three Senate and four gubernatorial races to the left, citing the "persistently poor national environment" for the GOP. The Center for Politics at the University of Virginia's election handicapper moved the Iowa Senate race from "Leans Republican" to "Toss-up."
