Rubio designates Ecuadorian gang linked to drug trafficking as terrorist group

Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced the designation of the Ecuadorian gang Los Tiguerones as a terrorist group during a visit to Quito. Rubio accused the gang of aiding cartels and attacking civilians, police, and journalists.
